- In Bowl take cabbage... carrot... half capsicum... 1tsp ginger garlic chopped.... some onion green... salt... some Chile flex....now add besan to it and mix well (besan is hero in my Desh😅).
- Divide into equal portions and on gas heat a appe pan grise it with oil in place our balls to it..... cook it with till golden brown from both sides.
- Now heat a another pan add oil 1tbp to it...heat should be on high flame....then add ginger garlic chopped our left over onion... capsicum.... Saute then add Soya sauce.. vinegar... Chile flex... tomato ketchup... some Salt and now add our manchurian balls...toss it and served with onion green.
