- Knead it for 4-5 minutes to prepare a dough..
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes meanwhile you can cook the vegies..
- For cooking vegetables chop cabbage, capsicum and carrot finely..
- Take a kadai and heat 1tbsp oil in it and add ginger garlic and green chillies to it..
- Saute it for 10-15 seconds..
- Add the chopped vegetables to it and again saute it for 2-3minutes..
- Add salt and black pepper powder to it..
- Cover and simmer it for 3-4minutes until the vegies becomes soft and mushy..
- Turn off the gas and cool down the vegetables..
- Now make small round balls of the maida dough.
- Roll in very thin and place the cooked vegetables on it..
