Now add grated carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Turns aromatic. Now put this masala in to the dal paste, add asafoetida, finely chopped coriander, salt and mix it well..
- Grease the Idli mould with oil. Now add Eno fruit and mix gently. Turns frothy. Moong dal batter is ready. Take paste and put it into the Idli mould. Place in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes. Let them cool down. Now demould idlis and enjoy with the Chutney:).
