Giveaway: Goat Milk Stuff. *Giveaway CLOSED

And the Winner IS….

Becca – @BekaBooMN!!!

Congratulations Becca! Email me at mom-nom@hotmail.com to claim your prize.  A HUGE Thank You to everyone that entered.  Please, visit @GoatMilkStuff and purchase some of your favorite scents, it won’t disappoint.

When PJ over at Goat Milk Stuff  contacted me, I nearly fell out of my chair.  I’ve been looking for something for Bubs’ “winter skin” for six + months.  After several emails were shared, I was pointed to the Purity bar – and lets just say it hasn’t let me down.

The quality of this soap is breathtaking.  {If soap can be breathtaking, that is.}  You can look at it and know it was made in someone’s loving home. And the scent? It’s clean, crisp, and earthly.

I also was sent a bar of Oatmeal, Milk & Honey for Bubbette – which is what PJ uses on their kids and a Black Rasberry scent for my  husband and I.  I have contemplated eating the Oatmeal, Milk & Honey bar on numerous occassions.

Why did we start Goat Milk Stuff? It’s simple: the bad stuff in other soaps just got our goat.

When PJ sent me the soap, she also sent a lotion stick for Bubs.  And, I can say without hesitation that his skin has never looked so good.  We’ll have to continue with this through the fall and winter to be certain, but right now his skin is clear.  And,  he isn’t waking up through the night complaining of itching, which is what bothered ME the most.

“I don’t use surfactants in my soaps, they don’t qualify as “natural” or “green” in my brain.  That’s one of the reasons I’m having trouble coming up with a shampoo I like – because most shampoos use surfactants.  I want an ingredient list that doesn’t contain things like: cocamidopropyl betaine.” – PJ of Goat Milk Stuff.

PJ goes on to say,Adding goat milk to the soap adds all the wonderful cream and proteins to the soap.  This makes the soap much more moisturizing on your skin than other “green” soaps.  Plus goat milk is very high in lactic acid and Vitamin A, both of which are excellent for the skin.”

How could you not appreciate that?  Isn’t that what we all want as parents?  Products to use on our family that are not chemically based?

PJ has offered ONE lucky Mom-Nom.Com reader THREE bars of his/her choice. You read that right – THREE bars of your choice in ANY scent.

Follow Goat Milk Stuff on Twitter, take a look around their shop and stop by their blog when you get a chance!

Entering is Easy:

1) Mandatory:  Leave a comment telling me which scent is your favorite!

2) Optional: Tweet –  I LOVE @GoatMilkStuff! Stop by @MomNom and enter to win THREE bars today! http://mom-nom.com/2010/09/07/giveaway-goat-milk-stuff/

And then come back here and leave me an ADDITIONAL COMMENT telling me you tweeted and your Twitter name!

It’s that easy!
