10 Months…
My dearest Bubbette,
Mommy cannot believe that in two short months we will be celebrating your first birthday (even though the theme, location and guest list is practically complete.) You’ve grown so much in the last 30 days and it feels like only yesterday I wrote to you last. Today you are 10 months old, my love. And, as you can see in the photos below, you are gorgeous. happy. sweet & full of everything wonderful life has to offer.
Don’t ever lose those qualities my love. Hold tight to them with all your might & allow your zest to shine supreme. Your personality captures everyone who comes in contact with you. From the lady at the grocery store, and the woman in line at Target to your family and our friends. No matter where we are, or what we are doing, people are looking at, smiling at & playing with you. And, my dear, just when we think you can’t amaze us anymore, you go and do it again.
If I could bottle up time and capture it forever, I’d keep you at this age for all eternity. You fill me with so much pride, joy and love. Your favorite things to say include: hi, bye-bye, momma, da-da, ne-ne and ba-ba. You wave, clap, dance & play peek a boo. Currently, your favorite toy is your Fisher Price Learn & Grow House and the closest cell phone you can grab. You are pulling yourself to a standing position and crawling all over the house. Here recently you began letting go when standing, but we have yet to see that first step. You finally cut your first tooth, (we were starting to wonder) just two short weeks ago. And, wouldn’t you know it? The second one is right behind it…
My dear, you fill our hearts and our home with love & you challenge us everyday to be the best Christian, parent, spouse & friend, that we can be. Our world wouldn’t be the same without you love.
As I look forward with anticipation, of all the joy and fun times to come, know that I also cling tight to the present day. I would not change a single moment I spend with you.

She’s beautiful! My children are in their teens now (my daughter will be 20 in December, yikes!) and, while I cherish and miss the baby years, I can tell you from experience that, while a rollercoaster at times, each and every year is special in it’s own way…Enjoy!

She is such a little lady now! I love all of the photos, what a sweet heart.
I also find myself reflecting on each month and thinking how I’d love to stop time right there… and then she goes and does something awesome and I think about how cool it is to watch her grow.
Watching them grow is such a mix of emotions… it is fun, exciting, new, and scary all at the same time!
